The 3 Pillars of Success

Hey how are you? Thanks for popping by, firstly I want to point out that 90% of diets work at losing weight.  Whoa I hear you say, a fitness centre telling me that diets do work? I’ll come back to that in a minute.
I’m not going to bash diets, gyms, or expensive supplements, just explain WHY they consistently fail.

You may have tried diets before, celebrity programs or apps, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Lite n easy or meal services, what about those detox’s, joining a gym or expensive supplements that promise you the world but only make your purse or wallet lighter in the long run.

Weight Watchers etc. These programs address nutrition and accountability but do not address exercise so on these calorie restricting programs you lose valuable muscle as well as fat. So again when you stop going to meetings or buying their food the weight comes back, I could mention several high profile celebrity’s.

Online celebrity trainer programs and apps. These cover exercise and nutrition and do a very poor job of accountability. Seriously who lets an app hold them accountable? If it was that easy every drug addict or alcoholic could just quit with an app.
